Televisions are what we do, and since 2010 they are all we do. That includes home projectors, which are close cousins of DLP sets. We do not repair laptops, computers, monitors or audio equipment, and we would rather tell you that now than after you have waited for us.
We service every major brand: Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio, TCL, Hisense, Insignia, SunBrite, Toshiba, Sharp, Panasonic, Philips, Element, Sceptre, Seiki, Westinghouse, Emerson, Sanyo, Sylvania, Magnavox, RCA, Proscan, Polaroid, Dynex, JVC, Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Pioneer and Zenith. What actually decides a job is not the brand but the model – whether the boards for that particular set are still being made. Give us the model number and we will tell you before anyone drives out.
OK Electronics is an LG authorized service center and a member of TCL’s service network – the same shops the manufacturers send their own warranty repairs to. We work from the manufacturers’ service manuals, schematics and technical bulletins for every brand we repair, and we buy genuine parts from the manufacturer or its authorized distributors. If your LG or TCL set is still under warranty, start with the manufacturer: they assign the repair, and in the Richmond area that is often us. Out of warranty, call us directly.

What it costs, and what we stand behind
We tell you the service call fee on the phone – that number we never hide, and it goes toward the repair. The repair price itself comes after the diagnostic, in your home, and nothing is ordered until you tell us to go ahead.
If we quote you a price, replace the parts, and the TV still does not work, you pay the diagnostic fee and nothing else. Repairs carry a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. Backlight replacement is the one job we cannot do in a living room – we take the set with us and bring it back. Seniors and military get 10% off labor. If the set was hit by lightning or a power surge, we can prepare the paperwork for your homeowners insurance.
