OK Electronics TV Repair (“we,” “us”) runs richmondtvrepairs.com. This page explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- When you send a repair request, call, email or chat with us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, your TV’s brand and model, a description of the problem, any photo you attach, the best time to reach you, and anything you type into the chat window.
- When a manufacturer or warranty company sends us your repair: the contact and product details they share with us so we can schedule the visit.
- When you browse the site: basic usage information collected by Google Analytics through cookies, such as the pages you visit, your approximate location (city level), your device and browser, and how you found the site.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, tell you the service call fee, schedule the visit and do the repair.
- To see how visitors use the site so we can make it better.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
- Companies that run parts of this site for us: our web host (GoDaddy), Google (Analytics, spam protection on the request form, and web fonts) and Zendesk (the chat window). Each handles the data under its own privacy policy.
- Authorities, only if the law requires it.
