Williamsburg is an hour or more from us, east on I-64, and we make that trip whenever there is a customer at the other end. The service call fee covers the distance and you hear it on the phone before anyone leaves. It is not a maybe and it is not a special case.
The city itself is small, with Colonial Williamsburg and William & Mary taking up much of the middle of it, and 23185 through 23188 spreading out into James City County around it. Wherever in that spread you are, we come to the house rather than asking you to bring the set anywhere.
