At Richmond TV Repairs, we take pride in our equitable repair policies. Please take time to carefully read the following:
Policies
- Repairs or estimates outside the Greater Richmond Area may incur an additional travel fee.
- All repairs and estimates are done in a bona fide (good faith) basis. Should any malfunctions other than the original work be found while our technicians are repairing your product, we will contact you to discuss our findings.
- All work performed by Ok Electronics LLC covered by a 90 day parts and 30 days labor warranty, effective from the time of item retrieval. Parts not repaired by our technicians are not covered under our warranty. Any attempt to repair or service unit during the warranty period by party other then Ok electronics, immediately voids all warrantyes.
- Any damage inflicted on the item including, but not limited to impact, moisture and liquid, sand, temperature extremes, battery leakage, chemical corrosion, tampering, or any operation that would be considered abuse and/or contrary to the item’s operating manual also voids all warrantys. Ok Electronicsis the final arbitrator of the definition of equipment and item abuse.
- Senior citizens may receive a 10% discount off our labor charges. The senior citizens discount does not apply to any parts replaced or provided.
- Household pets must be contained for the duration of on-site repairs, and at any time while our technicians are on your premises. Our technicians reserve the right to deny service to anyone who refuses to follow this policy.
- All completed work must be paid for in full before at the item is completed. Any fees not fully paid for within 30 days after your repairs have been approved, the item requiring repairs is considered forfeit, and automatically becomes the property of Ok Electronics.

This was the most amazing experience with electronics repair in my life. I have and 46 inch Samsung TV and after 3 years of usage it got 1, than 2 and after one week the third line appeared on the screen (vertical)
Called several TV repair companies in the neighborhood, all of them offered one of them (do not want to mention the name came to my house charge me $100 and offered to replace the LCD panel for $1200. The tv itself worth only $400 and there was no reason for me to repair it.
The second company – OK Electronics came and fixed my TV! You can’t believe they fix my tv in front of me right away!!! I was shocked because I read a lot about the panel problems in the internet and was almost convinced that they are not repairable but my try was successful with OK Electronics

My Samsung TV developed a major problem several days ago. I didn’t want to pay the local major appliance stores to repair it as I have heard many not so good stories about them. I did some internet searching on local repair shops and found O.K. Electronics to have the very best reviews.

I submitted an online request at 7am and my TV was fixed by 4pm. Even on Saturday and even though I live all the way out in New Kent! Great option for your electronic fixes!
Very impressed with service, called and made same day appointment. Tech had to trouble shoot an audio problem and was able to isolate to a bad circuit board.
Part needed to be ordered took two days and TV is back to normal. If you want prompt service at a reasonable price you can not go wrong with O.K. Electronics.
All work is done at your home, owner was straight forward and honest. For the people out there concerned about a worker with dirty boots, Do not worry, the first thing the owner did when entering my home was to place show covers over his shoes. It wasn’t that they were needed, but the owner explained to me that this is his standard practice. He would not even think of entering your home without them.
